  1. Collector traps heroes
    Summoner fights to free champions
Kang is a little bitch and he falls
Thanos thinks he can hang but alas he can’t
Hulk goes all Maestro on us and we fight him
    Sibling spat between brothers
One brother win and rubs it in the face of the other.

  2. **Act 1:** Kang monologues villainously. The Collector is a deceptive dickhole who seems to be trying to win the player’s favor, but also might want Kang to win. The Collector also does some villainous monologuing.

**Act 2:** Kang’s monologuing becomes less villainous and more petulant. Thanos wakes up from his late night bender and, in his stupor, antagonizes Kang and forces the player into an Alliance. The Collector is a deceptive dickhole who still might be trying to win the player’s favor, but also appears to be working for someone. Kang and Thanos spend a lot of time monologuing at each other.

**Act 3:** Thanos splashes some water on his face, remembers that he’s a villain, and betrays the summoner. The Maestro appears as the Collector’s boss. Maestro and Thanos take turns monologuing villainously. Ultron shows up for some reason, and Maestro makes a series of bad decisions.

    …that’s as far as I’ve gotten, because I’m a noob…

  3. I enjoyed the writeup by /u/Liss_Bliss_, but to be a little more thorough:

The Collector spends his time capturing heroes and villains to use in his Contest, where the end game is supposedly the ISO-Sphere. Kang is the challenger, looking to win the ISO-Sphere and conquer everything (or something). Kang falls because it appears as though Thanos is working with the Collector. Also he sucks. Then you fight Thanos because hey, there’s actually another someone behind the scenes pulling those strings. Ta-da! The Maestro! Then you kick his ass because you’re interfering and The Collector is playing the both of you against him.

Introduce The Grandmaster. Claims the Contest is actually his. Decides to take it back. Uses the ISO-Sphere to gain power and sap strength from The Collector/Battlerealm. Collector loses and gets entrapped in a crystal. The Grandmaster continues to use the Iso-Sphere/power of the Battlerealm for his own nefarious means, seemingly unaware that he is destroying the very fabric of the reality they exist in. So apparently 5.4 is you and “The Resistance” teaming up to either find the broken pieces and/or stop The Grandmaster once and for all.

  5. Lately, it seems to be a parallel to the company’s situation tbh. Changing of the guard, uprising by the contestants, battle realm falling apart, etc.
